Policies

Delivery of Goods

Before your goods are sent, we will confirm your order by email or letter. No order will be dispatched until payment has been cleared. Goods will be dispatched when available for shipment. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days in writing by email sales@routesafe.co.uk Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase subject to the following conditions.

Refunds Policy - Goods

Goods may be returned within 14 days and subject to valid reasons and the terms and conditions laid out below a refund will be issued from cleared funds. Please contact us prior to returning any products purchased to determine and confirm credit eligibility and to issue a returns number. Refunds will be issued on general merchandise providing it is in re-saleable condition and still in the original retail packaging. Books prints cards psychometric instruments and manuals must be in re-saleable condition (not written in, creased used or damaged in anyway). Shrink-wrapped books, manual or course material must be returned unopened in their original wrapping and packaging. When given, refunds will be in the same tender as the original payment at the prevailing currency exchange rate.

Returned Goods

Goods Damaged in Transit

We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition. Please provide any correspondence with your postal service provider to verify where the damage occurred. If you can show the postal service has damaged the goods in transit we will issue a full refund and seek compensation from the postal service. If the goods arrived within sound postal packaging but for some other reason were damaged please return the items in their original wrapping and we will issue a refund from cleared funds.

Defective Goods

If the items you were sent are defective and unusable please notify us upon receipt in writing by email and return within 7 days explaining why the product is unusable and given satisfactory reason we will issue a full refund including our original postal charges.
