Road Safety

In 2007, we were asked  to investigate the use of video imaging in the safety of school crossings. After our initial research and input from the UK's departments for Transport and Home Office, we launched the Routesafe Monitor in 2008. The product has been incredibly well received and has been seen in national and international press regularly ever since. Trials of the technology concluded in September 2008 resulted in increased media attention and a proven linkage to driver behaviour.

This product is generally referred to as the Routesafe ‘Lollicam’ and was our first road safety offering. This has since spurned a wide range of supporting products and services.  We are now able to offer signage, apparel and specialist training courses in addition to the monitor and are currently planning to launch more variants of the technology during 2009.
